Matt has used his technical background and his leadership role to help Glory Days Sports (GDS) operate and rapidly expand throughout South Jersey. Matt is one of the four co-founders of GDS that had a vision of adult sports leagues that were more organized, had groomed fields and created an atmosphere that got people off the couch and in the game. This vision has helped propel Glory Days Sports to become the leading sport and social club in South Jersey.

While Matt is an Engineer by trade, his passion is entrepreneurship. It started with a few vending machines at his family's local businesses. With that he ventured into a clothing company and even runs a small surfboard ding repair shop out of his garage in the summer months. Matt used to attend weekly brainstorming meetings with a couple of his current partners to come up with new business ideas. It just so happened that his desire to stay active became the basis of his latest venture with Glory Days Sports. Matt not only is one of the co-founders but also a member at heart and plays in many of the GDS leagues. You never know when you might be throwing a dodgeball at one of the founders of GDS. Matt's hands on approach to things helps to keep members happy and him in touch with any adjustments that may need to be made to leagues.

Matt resides in Winslow Township with his wife Heather and son David. He enjoys staying active in many different sports but his favorite hobby is traveling and surfing.
